Our Songs
In my classroom, we sing through out the day. These songs are only a sample of the many that we sing. They have been gathered from everywhere. I have given credit where I could.

Eagle Pride

I am an Elrod Eagle,
And I’m proud.

Yes, I’m an Elrod Eagle,

And I’m proud

I am a reader, writer, thinker, dreamer

of the future.

I’m an Elrod Eagle,

And I’m proud.

I have my ups and downs,
But I’ll get through them somehow.

‘Cause I’m an Elrod Eagle,

And I’m proud.

We are the Elrod Eagles,
And we’re proud

Yes, we’re the Elrod Eagles,

And we’re proud

We are the doctors, lawyers, teachers, workers
of the future.

We’re the Elrod Eagles, the Elrod Eagles,

the Elrod Eagles,

And we’re proud to be from

Jimmy Elrod Elementary.

Full of Eagle Pride!

Yeah!

Most of the songs we sing come from Dr. Jean.  Please visit her web site at  http://www.drjean.org/

These are just a sample of the songs we learn each month.
