When students come to the Computer Rotation Lab they are provided with practical practice and instruction on the Texas Technology TEKS and Northside Technology Standards. They use many applications and software programs to develope the technology skills they will need throughout their school years and beyond.
The classroom teachers plan closely with the campus technologists to provide the students with the technology instruction they need. Together they decide what should be taught in the Computer Rotation Lab so that the students are prepared when their teachers work with them in the Content TIP Lab projects that integrate technology into the other subject areas.
