Internet Treasure Hunt

    

This is a Brown Recluse Spider. It has many adaptations over time. One important one is that it can inject poison into its prey sometimes causing death!!!

TEK 5.9.B – Analyze and describe adaptive characteristics that result in an organisms unique niche in an ecosystem.
  Introduction
We know that animals and plants make specific changes to meet and match their changing environments, we call these changes adaptations. Adaptations take place over long periods of time. One example might be a dessert cactus adapting by being able to retain small amounts of water for long periods of time.

  Big Question
Everyone of us has a favorite animal. Think about yours, construct a flow chart using inspiration, list at least two behavioral adaptations and two structural adaptations.
