There is also a book list. This is a good site to bookmark for questions concerning special students: possible modifications, research, tools, strategies, parental helps, etc. |

Family Village Site sponsored by the University of Wisconsin-Madison This site has information, resources, adaptive technology, and recreational activities, discussion boards, chat rooms, health issues and communication connections for “persons with cognitive and other disabilities,” their families and “those that provide them services and support.” There is also an Accessible Web page Design page. The library includes a site for Comic strips. |
The Council for Exceptional Children This site includes a learning center with support that includes alternative settings, assessment, family involvement, IEPs, inclusion, and technology. |
National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities A good site for finding information in English and Spanish. This has links to current research and an ezine you can receive via your email address. |
